For an order, include its number and the email address it was placed with.

Orders leave Milano within two working days, by express courier, signed for on delivery.

Europe: 2–4 working days, free over € 500. United Kingdom, United States and Asia: 3–6 working days, duties paid by us.

Return anything unworn, with its tags, within 14 days of delivery. Book a free collection from your account, or bring it to any of our stores.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the return reaching us. Objects and altered pieces can't be returned.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Prices include VAT for Europe and duties for every other region.
